Live From the Corner.... pt The fire hazard

I actually had a real post for today but I wanted to post this photo of my co-workers desk.

If you can actually see a place on their actual desk (not on top of paper) to put a cup I will mail you $5. I have no idea how this person gets any work done, you can barely see they monitor and phone.

real post tomorrow.

Imagine what his/her house looks like... wow. That's ridiculous. He/She needs to be extra glad I am not his/her supervisor.

I'm laughing at the one inspirational note taped up for display:

God works miracles through people.

I thought my boss's desk was messy. That's ridiculous.

Ew, that's terrible! Yeah, I would hate to see his house. I wish I could post this woman here in my office desk....it's worse, if possible.

@shawn smith- I noticed the same sign and thought to myself: God needs to work a miracle through you on this damn work space.

WTF? I don't feel so bad about my desk now...

I had to blow the picture up to see the phone cuz I was wondering if the paper had eaten it.

Ewww....that has got to do diddly-squat for this person's productivity.

Is this a dude or a chic?

i agree with most-- i can only imagine her house.. kitchen.. bathroom.. very disturbing!

That outdoes my desk! Damn! LOL

I think people with picture-perfect, neat ass desks do NO work. That's my perception, at least.

...but wait. I don't see how that person's desk is a reflection on their home. Maybe their job is paper-intensive. When you have deadlines, and you keep having to pull things out of files, sometimes your desk becomes a document graveyard. Don't mean your house is nasty. *guffaw*

@ninamm - is that your desk? lol

I had a co-worker whose desk looked like this too.. and it was horrendous, the worst part of it all was that the claimed that he was cleaning it up.. and never did! I was shocked and amazed.

To add more to this we saw some mice run from under our heater (work in a really old building) to the crap under his desk.. GROSS..

This is a reflection of how your home is, because if you can let this accumulate in such a tiny area, wonder what accumulates in a grander spaced place??

JEEZ.. clutter isn't a sign of GENIUS.. its a sign of being unkept and unorganized!

Hahahahahaha!!!!

If this is an actual desk of a person you know...I'll send you $5 to show me a pic of who they are and how they maneuver around that mess!!!

Ridiculous. You know they aren't getting any work done if it's piled that high. *SMDH*

Are you kidding me??

That can not be real....

I don't see why people who do this aren't forced by their places of work to get some counseling. This type of behavior also carries into other areas of the office.

I have one co-worker who brings stuff from his house thinking that we can use it here. For example, he's stacked his own personal smaller microwave on top of our larger one and wants to argue with our boss who wants it gone. Hoarders like to defend their behavior and basically need counseling.
